Arlanda Airport, Sunday, February 22nd, 2026, 06:00 AM. That is the time when the players, staff and guests arrive to the Airport for check-in for Norwegian flight D84571 taking off at 07:30 AM for Prague.
One week later, Sunday, March 1st, 2026, at 10:05 AM the Norwegian flight D84572 carries all the participants from Vaclav Havel's Airport in Prague back to Stockholm.

During the trip, the team bus will stand-by to transport the participants around the city and country.
SCANIA Irizar i6 for 56 passengers will transport the players, staff, guests and all their luggage in accordance with trip's itinerary.

The team, staff and guests stay at this hotel in Prague's Chodov district.
Participants share 7 quadruple rooms, 3 triple rooms and 4 double rooms i.a.w. rooming list.
Hotel Terasa: the sleepover in Moravia
Hotel Terasa: the sleepover in Moravia
Hotel Terasa will welcome the team, staff and guests during the visit in Moravia, the eastern region of Czech Republic.
The sleepover from Thursday, February 26th to Friday, February 27th will be arranged in this cozy family hotel near small Moravian town Frýdek Místek.
Hotel's 6 triple rooms, 2 double rooms with an extra bed and 11 double rooms will exclusively be available for the participants of the trip.

Hotel Buly Arena: spend the night close to the rink
The teams and guests will spend the night at the Czech national junior ice hockey centre before the last games of this tourney.
This ice hockey facility will host tourney's participants from Friday, February 27th to Saturday, February 28th.

EU Health insurance card
Acute treatment and healthcare for EU citizens with valid European health insurance card (EHIC) is in Czechia provided under the same conditions as for Czech citizens and is covered by Swedish insurance in public hospitals. Small deductible (tens of kronor) may be charged for treatment.
It is recommended to check the possibility to communicate in English or other worldwide language at the selected hospital.

Czechia - not a cashless society
The currency used in Czech Republic is Czech koruna (CZK) and the exchange rate is approx. 220 Czech korunas for 100 Swedish kronor.
It is good to remember that Czech Republic is not as cashless as Sweden or Scandinavia, not by far. It is, of course very common to use electronic payment methods (cards, phones etc.) and it is also cheapest with regards to exchange rates and other fees applied to multi-currency transactions.
Though, it is always good to have some cash (notes and coins) on hand while roaming in Czechia. The recommendation would be up to 1000 CZK.
Tip: When making withdrawal from ATM machine in Czechia, join together several people and then settle by i.a. Swish

For minors travelling alone or with only one of the parents additional documents authorising them to travel might be required. Authorities in Czechia do not tag these documents as requirements though as recommendations.
However, as such documents may be required not only by authorities in Czechia but also the airlines or other law enforcement officers, the participants of the trip should have one present if requirement might apply to them.

The trip's itinerary includes visiting of Mlada Boleslav, the town where Václav Laurin & Václav Klement started their own business in 1895. Today, Škoda is one of the longest-established automotive brands in the world, and the Museum highlights this history in the most authentic of places – the original production halls where the company manufactured cars until 1928.
Players and guests of the tourney will visit the Museum between the games played against the teams from the region.

The Spring school holidays in Czech Republic last one week and are held from February 2nd to March 15th, 2026 - during different weeks in different counties.
